In die cutting, a die is used to shear webs of low-strength materials like corrugated cardboard. A die, mostly often a press machine, is a specialized tool used to cut or shape material. We use a die-cutting system for large-quantity manufacturing with thin cardboard, less than 5 mm thickness.
A flatbed-cutting system delivers thicker products made of 16 mm corrugated cardboard, using computing data instead of a die tool. Most of our adult furniture, including Paper House, is produced with this system. Our design process will be based upon the customer’s sketch or blueprint. We design structures to be assembled using joints and bezels.

AAA Flute is mainly used for large-scale products such as paper furniture or big toys, while E Flute, B Flute and EB Flute cardboard are used for small-size paper products.
E Flute 1.5mm
B Flute 3mm
EB Flute 4.5mm
AAA Flute 15mm
A die tool is manufactured with two kinds of blades for each purpose, folding and cutting. For cutting, a saw blade is used to prevent the products from having sharpened edges.
We deliver customized graphic designs on paper products or on adhesive sheets to attach. UV printing is usually applied to white Re-board®, which enhances its strength against humidity and contamination.
To realize customized designs based upon a blueprint, we use a flatbed-cutting machine, which has several cutting methods: V-cut, Sheet-cut and folding-line cut.
